Constitutionalist:

James is a firm believer in fighting for our God given rights that were enshrined in the constitution. James believes that the Constitution should be interpreted as it was originally intended by our founding fathers. James is a strong 2nd amendment advocate and has received an A+ rating by OK2A. James is also a strong 10^th amendment (states’ rights) candidate that will fight to assert our state’s independence from the federal government.

Checks and Balances:

James will work towards restoring the citizens’ checks and balances within the government. Our country flourishes when the proper checks and balances are in place that help restrain the government as was intended by our founding fathers. Through time these checks on the government have been weakened and eroded to the point that citizens do not have proper recourse to address the atrocities of an out-of-control government.

America First:

James is a strict America First candidate. He believes that we should be promoting and prioritizing the health and wellbeing of every American first and foremost.

Freedom and Liberty:

James is a strong liberty-minded candidate. James believes that citizens know best how to run their lives on a day-to-day basis and that the government should not be regulating your inner workings of your household. It is a better use of government to help regulate commerce for the benefit of the average citizen instead of rigging the system to benefit the big multi state corporations.

James supports the Save Oklahoma Plan recently introduced by Rep. Jim Shaw, as these perfectly align with his beliefs.
